Billy attended DSS/TEPPS from 1980 to 1984. He owns several businesses in Barstow, California -- Barstow Station, Barstow Station Too, and Barstow Station Bakery. Billy says he is married to the best woman in the world, Angela; and has two perfect girls, Kristina (6) and Samantha (3). If you are driving from Los Angeles to Los Vegas, stop by and say "Hi."
